Offering a very scarce 1960's Patriotic Cover Letter, featuring Gen. McClellan
in the top left, surrounded by unfurled US flags, with the lettering below:   "We
Have Beat Our Last Retreat".   Hand written post mark (Upper Right), reading
"Paid 3c Bates Ill March 22".    Addressed to Mrs B. Tallman, Annapolis, Park
Co, Ind.
