1861 Civil War Triple signed paper. The larger paper measures 9'' x 5.5''. It is signed by Lt Col. Fisher and Capt. Frank Zentmyer.
Frank Zentmyer was wounded and taken prisoner by the rebels at the battle of Fredericksburg,
Frank died at the notorious Libby Prison in Richmond, Virginia in 1862.
The smaller attached paper is signed by E. Donnelly, M.D. Asst Surgeon 5th Regt P.R.V.C.
