Who was sent to Libby Prison then Paroled in 1862. Atwood Crosby was his name. He was so faithful. That after the parole he went out and became a Surgeon after his training. From Harvard,Mass. Surgeon N.R. Boutelle. Became a Surgeon obtaining his degree. Who was called to save lives! The letter is signed by Surgeon N.R. Boutelle. Saying nothing but great things about this guy! How long he was under his care. While learning the Surgery knowledge he would use. To save Soldiers in life! Among other great things in life. I will send the biography on him with the actual letter you see. He hand wrote this whole letter in 1865. Certifying that A. Crosby Is highly being recommended by him here.
