    He is writing under difficulties. Everybody is moving about and putting things in order. He may get home in next two-3 days. The boys raised Ned the night before, had a mock parade, they have three boats there. Had great display of fireworks, Roman candles serpents and as much.
    Hears militia is called for 100 days, the cadets noble heroes and he is glad my time half gone for Soldiering is Played War.
