    Description

    #65(Cut Into) tied by a Williamsport, MD CDS cancel on a red & blue naval sailor and flag "EXCELSIOR" and large imprint "The War for the Union". The cover has overall soiling and is reduced on the right side through the stamp and repaired at the bottom right. A scarce design.
