    Description

    A Hartford Conn, Civil War Cover with a full war date postmark 10/15/1865 and a Wagon Wheel Fancy Cancel and a Scott #65 1861 War issued stamp.  The cover is addressed to Henry Comstock, Chester, Conn.  On the left side of the envelope are the names Wm.H & L.H. Robertson.  Not sure if this is the sender.  I combine shipping please contact me prior to paying and I will send invoice.
