Civil War Letter written by Thomas M. Sedwick of Company C, 139th Pennsylvania Infantry.  Written February 14 (1863) at a camp near Halltown, Virginia to his sister Martha.  He gives her marital advice and hopes she will wait until he gets home.  Also writes about war bounties and other news
