    Description

An original Civil War letter written by a woman named Fanny dated 1862. In one area it looks like she says,..........I really do not know what I should do without your letters "Sorry one is a reinforcement" as a soldier expresses it. And first I suppose it to be my duty to allay...........I heard from said gentleman first, in Sept last he tought to have me teacher of music in Ladoga Seminary of which he was principal.................        There also appears to be one partial letter page that came with this letter.
I currently have other letters listed that were written by this individual.
The letter has wear and stain marks.
