A treasure.  A letter by Private Henry Sprague of the 9th New Hamphshire Volunteers from Sharpsburg to his 'People' in Winchester, NH just
two days
after the Battle of Antietam.  Lot includes map of battle and my transcription.  He talks of the battle, what he is seeing and what he thinks he is about to do.
