Civil War Patriotic POSTAL COVER ENVELOPE w/Flag Marked FREE Philadelphia 1862

Description

See the photos of this very nice cover with a beautiful, full color US flag and George Washington/soldier.  All original and in nice condition.  Addressed in ink.  At the top is written "soldier's letter" but there is NO letter and I never had the letter.  Nice clear cancellation at Philadelphia and has the scarce soldier's "FREE" marking as well.  About 3 x 5.25 inches with no contents.
