Here we have a postal cover from the Civil War that honors the death of soldier Luther C. Ladd. Ladd was killed during the Baltimore riot as his unit moved through that city on the way to protect Washington, D.C. This will make an excellent addition to your collection or conversation starter around the table.
This is in very good antique condition with very little wear.
