Description
Really interesting Confederate postal envelope. Used twice, with the second address to an ID'd member of the 59th Va Regiment, Wises Brigade. In care of a Captain I.W. Ellis. The first address to Lunenburg Country from which came Company H of the 59th Va. Know as the Lunenburg Heavy Artillery. Perhaps that was his unit. He served from 61 to 65. This was from an early collection where a previous owner penciled in some info on the back. Return if not happy with it.
