Civil War CSA imprint, Provost Marshal Office Richmond VA, special order relieving James A White of the 9th VA from duty as a cherk in the Passport Office, detailed by the Sec of War as a farmer, about 7x8 inches, by order of Major J.H.Carrington, cannot make out signature of capt APMJames A. White
