    - Wear, dings, s
    cuffs and scratches as is the norm for pre-owned items. Surface rust/rust with pitting.  Settled dirt from barn storage. No hose. Little cap on screw lock down is gone(see pic) Screw lock down works OK. All parts / joints are free moving.  Pumps but no air.  Pump is 12" long and Handle extends to make pump 21"L.  Needs some TLC. Selling in AS IS condition for parts and or restoration.
