    I do heareby certify that Jonathon J. Morrell a prisoner of war late under my charge at this post has been released on his parole of honor to proceed directly to Norfolk, Virginia to report himself to Gen. Hughes Commanding at that post.
    The said Jonathan J. Morrell is forty years of age hair dark eyes light, skin light, height 5 feet 9 1/2 inches. Breadth stout, mouth large, nose pug, full beard, occupation seaman.
